WISE: Women in Science and Engineering 1999-2004 Five-year Assessment
This report summarizes the finding of a campus wide survey of women faculty in the natural sciences and
engineering. We investigated the impact of the WISE program on their experience at Syracuse University, as well assessed the perception of campus climate for women in science and engineering. The results helped us in formulating a broader 5 year program that addresses some of the most urgent needs identified in our study.
