If you are interested in this link you are probably an officer or care about how this organization works.

Here are the nuts and bolts, each year the PGSO is given a sum of money from the GSO if we do 2 things.  One is complete and hand in a  "Recognized Student Organization Annual Officer and Advisor Registration" form and Consitution to the Office of Greek Life and Experiential Learning (at least this is what we needed to do for the 2005-2006 academic year).  The second is attend a certain percent of GSO meetings.  After we have the money we can use it only if we fill out expeniture forms to the GSO Comptroller two weeks before we actually have events.
