PHY 211 Tutorial for Free Body Diagrams
What we hope to show you inside this tutorial is how to systematically
attack problems encountered in physics texts regarding the resolution
of dynamical problems into solvable pieces. In English, this means
that we hope after completing this tutorial, you will be able to set up and
solve problems in which forces are acting on objects. This ability will
allow you to continue successfully throughout the rest of a physics course, but
the problem-solving techniques you learn here will be applicable to
other courses and to life as well.
